Are they really all handmade?

Yes. The products we sell are all handmade in Japan. TAKEFUJI supplies the best quality of authentic products. Because of this, the availabilities of most of the products are often limited.  

The products I want are sold out. what can i do?

Please contact us from our contact form or email to hello@takefuji.com.au, and we will try our best to supply the items you liked to order.

can i return the products i bought?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacement unless the items are defective or the wrong products are delivered to you. In which case, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. You can find the details of our policy or returns and refunds on Terms & Conditions page.
 

CAN I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has beed processed we are unable to cancel it.  

Do you ship the items to overseas?

Yes, we do. If you live outside of Australia, please contact us from our contact form or email to hello@takefuji.com.au and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.
